GET /v1/signals/btc-touch-pulse   → level_touched, level_type, touch_strength, reaction, score
GET /v1/signals/all               → all three signals (use on startup)
WS  /ws                           → live stream <50ms latency

## ERRORS: 401=bad key | 429=rate limited | 500=retry
## RATE LIMIT: 60 req/min per key
## NULL VALUES: skip cycle, signal not yet computed
## CONFIDENCE: only act above 0.75
